Scientific Meetup events are subject to the area of interest and are intended to increase the knowledge of Scientific Platform

Cancellation:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to If Scientific Meetup Group cancels or postpones this event for any reason you will receive a credit for 100% registration fee paid. If you cannot attend the Conference, you may transfer your registration to another attendee in writing to. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.

If the registrant is unable to attend the event, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

• If the cancellation made before 90 days of the conference, Conference registrants will get full Refund less $100 service Fee.
• If the cancellation made before 46-89 days of the conference, Conference registrants will get the refund of 50% of payment.
• Within 45 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund

Note: Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.

Refunds will be made in the one week after the completion of the conference.

The registrations with discounted prices are transferable to another attendee, but not refundable at any point of time.
